On Ramp

What is On Ramp?

On ramp is a 3 class, small group introduction to functional fitness. This allows us to get to know you better by discussing what your goals are and any limitations you may be currently dealing with. This helps us to meet you where you are, so we can be more dialed in to your training process and so you can get the most out of every session.

Each class is one hour long and will mirror what we do in our regular classes so come prepared for a workout.


We believe in starting things out on the right foot, for that reason, We offer three on ramp classes to get your journey started.

I had almost no mobility  in my right elbow from bone spurs in my elbow joint. I had a ulnar nerve congested and it was killing my hand. I had severe muscle atrophy in my hand. Thankfully CrossFit exposed my weaknesses and my coaches sat me down and said I have to go see a specialist or be in constant fear of the unknown. I had a choice to make. Surgery gave me back my right arm back. Strength is returning as well as mobility. I had almost total numbness in my right hand and now it’s only a tingling in my pinky.

I’ve really started to like the mental health aspect of it. Doing something hard for 1 hour a day has really boosted my confidence and taught me that I can do hard things.

I am strong enough to do day to day activities now. If my 55 lb 5 year old falls asleep on the couch, I can easily pick him up and take him up a flight of stairs and put him into bed. I could not do that before I started with Tanya. It’s the little things for me.

It’s given me a place to learn and grow! it’s helped me realize how strong I actually am, how to lift with the right form, and I’m capable to do any workout. I never thought I’d be the type to do a group class, but it’s been so fun to workout alongside others.
